Children five and under in Peru may now have an immunity against the flu. Immunization was started in January and is now being worked on in nine different cities. Many are planning to ship this to cities that are hit the hardest by the seasonal flu. It may also prevent a similar rate of deaths by being frozen to death. News from http://www.peruviantimes.com/.

The IMD(Institute for Management Development) had ranked Peru in Latin America, rating their efforts as 3'rd place. This was released on Wednesday in the 2010 Global Competivness Yearbook. The IMD ranked Peru 41 out of 58 countries. Link for more news. http://www.peruviantimes.com/.

News from Peruvian press says the resistance of the Camisea gas project has been getting stronger.
